Awesome product helping me a lot with my productivity. Recently had to contact the support team and got awesome help from peache and Don (from the dev team) who were very quick to fix my issue with a lot of kindness. Could not recommend the app more. Super product and awesome team!

Akiflow has filled the gaps that my other task management apps had and meant my process was never smooth. I work across several businesses and personal projects and I can now finally bring them all together in one place. Easy to learn tool but what has made the onboarding truly standout was a 1-on-1 online session which informative and very useful. Thank you Jeson!

The onboarding experience is really amazing, the documentation is easy to work with, the apps directly help you getting started and the offered calls with a Coach also really help to know whats possible. Jeson was really knowledgable and directly took on feature requests for stuff we found lacking.

Game changer app for productivity and sanity! The integrations with external calendars, emails, and slack work beautifully. Being able to quickly "Star" an email or mark a message in slack with "Save for later" and having it automatically being captured in your Akiflow inbox is fantastic. I no longer have FOMO when opening an interesting website that I am sure I want to read, but don't have the time to do so. Quickly copy the URL to the clipboard and with the Akiflow shortcut panel I can create a task and auto capture the link for future reference. I have been using time-blocking so I carve out the time to get work done. Being able to easily drag/extend tasks as needed is excellent. I also use Akiflow to schedule calls (even recurring ones). It is also possible to share availability, so other can open in a browser and select the slot that best suits them, and the meeting is automatically created and pop up in your Akiflow. I am also loving the integrated AI assistant, "Aki". I can actually use the keyboard shortcut to start talking with it, even if not in English (works great with Portuguese! "Obrigado"), and it transcribes and acts accordingly - what a breeze! I have been using some custom AI workflows as well and it works great! I highly recommend Akiflow!

Akiflow has quickly become the central hub of my productivity system. The app is thoughtfully designed, incredibly intuitive, and seamlessly integrates with my existing tools like Gmail, Todoist and Clickup. It’s not just another task manager it actually helps you do the work. Planning my day, capturing tasks, and staying focused has never felt this frictionless. What really sets Akiflow apart though, is the people behind it. Jeson from the support team was absolutely amazing, fast, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me get set up and make the most of the platform. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about user experience. Jeson made me feel like a valued customer, not just another ticket in the queue. Between the clean interface, powerful integrations, and genuine human support, Akiflow delivers real value. Highly recommended for anyone serious about taking control of their day.

Akiflow = 🔥 Productivity unlocked! Shoutout to Jayrich for the smoothest onboarding ever — felt like getting coached by a time management wizard with a chill vibe. If you're drowning in tasks, Akiflow + Jayrich is the combo you didn’t know you needed. 🚀👏

Akiflow is the productivity buddy I didn’t know I needed. As a student juggling lectures, deadlines, study sessions (and a semi-chaotic social life 🤓), Akiflow helps me keep it all together without spiraling. The design is clean, time-blocking is weirdly satisfying, and everything just feels less overwhelming. If you're trying to look like you have your life together — this is your app. Huge shoutout to John from the Akiflow team — the real MVP behind the scenes. 🙌🔥
