I’ve only been using Akiflow for a week, but I’ve already migrated all the other apps I used to track my tasks. I had a meeting with Cecile, who was extremely helpful. I was used to doing things a certain way in Sunsama, and Akiflow works differently, but she showed me a better way to organize my tasks and shared plenty of learning resources for the future. I’m really happy with the transition so far.

I signed up for Akiflow to give it a try and realized the app wasn’t the right fit for me at this moment. When I reached out about a subscription charge, the support I received was beyond kind and helpful. Peache handled everything so quickly and with such understanding that it completely put me at ease. The app itself is really well built, and while I’m not using it right now, I’d still highly recommend Akiflow — not just for the product, but also because their support team is truly outstanding. Akiflow integrates my calendars and to dos very nicely. the daily routines it nudges you to are very helpful and the AI is the absolute best! big shout out to Jeson! really helped me make Akiflow my own to run my life the way i want it to. Its like having a personal AI assistant manage things for you.

It’s one of those tools you feel in flow with the most. And then there’s Jeson, what a legend! His support is on point: thoughtful, fast, and genuinely invested in user feedback. You’re not just another ticket in a queue. The product team is clearly listening and iterating fast, which shows in the pace of updates and how dialed in everything feels.
