Cecile was awesome! I had some automation questions on moving Tasks to Time Slots, and she worked with me, tested different methods, brainstormed and helped create some workflows to simplify my daily tasks! Also, for another request that wasn't working, she put in for a feature request and is keeping me in the loop on where it is in the queue. Love me some Aki (and Cecile!).

Akiflow is clean, powerful, and makes task and calendar management genuinely enjoyable. The real standout, though, has been the customer support - Jayrich in particular has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind whenever I’ve needed anything. Top marks all round!

Akiflow is essential, I literally cannot imagine life without it. My employees have it, and my wife is so busy managing schedules I actually got her an account and she LOVES it! I was surprised cause she's not a tech person, and it's relieved a lot of stress for her managing the family schedules.

I struggle with managing ADHD, and juggling multiple tasks across my personal and professional life is very challenging. I've tried many tools and solutions, but none have stuck—until now! I scheduled a 1:1 coaching session, which was included, and Jayrich spent 30 minutes walking me through all the powerful features. I am confident that AkiFlow will help me accomplish so much! Thanks Jayrich!

This is definitely the most convenient and flexible time management tool I’ve tried. The best part is how smoothly it integrates with other task managers and calendars, so you can see and manage everything in one place. Customer support is also excellent. Shoutout to Jayrich, who was super friendly, and even opened a feature request when I mentioned I’d love to see bulk editing for events. The only downside is the subscription price - it's definitely on the higher side. Going for the 2-year plan helps cut the cost a bit, however.
