I tried a few similar services before I found Akiflow and I think it's fabulous. I have a very busy work and personal calendar and being able to talk/text to Aki to give me reminders later as well as the ability to be able to list + schedule tasks has been super helpful so far. I really appreciate all the integration options to reduce clutter/apps that I need to go into individually. I have also found the support team to be great and very responsive - thank you to Jayrich!

I’ve really been enjoying Akiflow so far—it makes organizing my tasks and blocking time way easier than other tools I’ve tried. The slots feature is especially helpful for keeping my day structured. Akiflow is amazing, synchronized with my calendar + my Todoist + my 2 Notion todo list (database). Thanks Peache for the onboarding meeting that helped me to understand the advanced tricks!

Customer service and setup went amazingly. Jayrich was amazing and very helpful in the setup process. Found the software through Reddit and decided to give it a go! Hoping Apple Calendar synchronization gets added soon! Love this software and its ease of use and detailed explanations of how everything works.

I’ve been using Akiflow for about six months now as a freelance photographer working with a larger team, and it’s really sharpened our days. It helps us make good use of our time and brings a sense of calm to a hectic work schedule. I especially love how it integrates tasks and calendar seamlessly — it’s like finally getting your brain out of your head and into a system you can trust. The UI is clean, the keyboard shortcuts make everything fast, and the command bar is surprisingly powerful once you get used to it. I also really appreciate the smart time blocking and how quick it is to capture tasks from anywhere. I’d also add that their AI feature, even though it’s still in beta, shows a lot of promise for the future. I’d definitely recommend Akiflow to anyone looking to step up their productivity game.
