Akiflow is an amazing tool that has literally changed all my productivity workflows for the better. I've truly found no other tool that works as well as Akiflow for bringing everything together in one place and helping me prioritize what's next. The community is a great place too, and Jayrich has always been so helpful at responding to my questions and helping create feature requests for me!

I've been using Akiflow for over two years, and every day for over a year. Akiflow has become the steering wheel I use to drive my life. As a Windows and Android user I highly appreciate their effort to maintain perfect and complete feature parity on every platform - Mac/iOS doesn't get all the love! I'm a productivity tool nut. Over the years I've tried pretty much everything out there, from Remember the Milk back in the day to Todoist, Monday, ClickUp, Things, Sunrise (rest in peace my friend), and more. Akiflow is not only the best task management app I've ever used, it's ALSO the best calendar app I've ever used. I'm a freelance software engineer working as an embedded dev on two teams, as well as an entrepreneur with two ongoing businesses. Akiflow's seamless integration of EVERY calendar/email service I use (including the separate accounts I have with each of my freelance clients) is indispensable. Akiflow won me over with their subtle, but powerful paradigm shift of task management - you don't just have to keep either a list or a due date, you can place tasks on a day of course. Or a week. Or a month. Or in the Someday list. This is such a helpful change from the more traditional model of either scheduling for a specific day or not at all, which results in the never ending "rollover" life where you move all your unfinished tasks to the next day. And that's not even mentioning other features like the colleague availability or scheduling links (i.e. Calendly) that are full fledged standalone tools you normally have to pay for separately, but are INCLUDED with Akiflow! I could not recommend Akiflow more highly. Their team is extremely supportive (shoutout to Jayrich for being ready to answer every question/feature suggestion I've thrown at him over the years!), the development cycle is active and purposeful, and the product shows sign of care and thoughtfulness throughout. Try this app, you really will not be able to go back to life without it.

Great task and time management software ever I've used. We can sync multiple calendars and view in 1 view, have day/week/month views which we can easily see and set keyboard shortcut so that we don't have to use mouse to do many thing. Developer works hard and adding/reviewing features frequently, so in case you feel need a new feature, let's ask them to consider!

Learning the basics of Akiflow was super easy, coming from someone that almost never reads through the guides - their beta AI function was able to answer my questions when prompted, and easily do most tasks I would assign it to (aside from when integrations are involved, which is understandable as that comes from a secondary party software/ web, and not innate in Akiflow). Despite this, I still wanted to try out the onboarding call (due to wanting to optimise my planning better), expecting it to be purely a non-video, customer service hotline but was pleasantly surprised when Jayrich Sebullen actually showed up and thoroughly went through my questions with me, sharing his screen, etc - super in detail, and was able to answer everything. I have tried most of the scheduling app that is out there (structured, notion, apple calendar, etc; paid and non-paid apps) and up to this point - though I have been on it for only about a week thus far, so take what I say with a grain of salt obviously - its been the most satisfactory and easiest to onboard. Perhaps being able to customise a little bit more on UI UX side of the things for users that are willing to put a bit more time/energy into more complicated processes could be a possible update Akiflow team could make in the future (hopefully) - but that's just my personal preference and their design itself is already pretty pleasant (such as being able to choose your own colors for projects and the tasks under that project being auto-assigned to that color)- for those who do not have much time and wish to immediately get on to scheduling. I normally never write reviews for anything ever even if being offered for extensions in trial, etc - so going out of my way to actually do so this time really reflects, I guess, how much I have enjoyed my experience with Akiflow so far :~) [disclaimer tho: I use it for personal scheduling purposes (i.e., integration with notion, google and github, almost like a master calendar to increase my productivity as a graduate student)- therefore I have not tried the team project features, etc. so do take note of this if you are planning to use it for teams and projects w/ multiple people]

I've tried every todo list / productivity app under the sun and so far i'm loving Akiflow. I can feed all my to do's from different channels into one place so easily, and it makes timeblocking really simple. The ai is pretty effective too allowing me to just send a voicenote on whatsapp and it creates accurate tasks for me. Customer support is really helpful too. I've dealt with Jayrich a few times and he's been really helpful.

Akiflow is a great all in one app. Especially love the scheduling feature. Its a little overwhelming in the beginning but once you get a hang of it works smooth. They have a great support team. Special shout out to Peache for prompt support.
