Akicon IncReviews of akiconshop.com

The product is of excellent quality and the prompt shipping

The craftsmanship on our Akicon copper hood is beautiful, and we love how it pairs seamlessly with the exhaust fan to make a complete system.

Amazing experience with ordering, delivery on time, product and price. So impressed

We could not be happier with the quality of the Nauxus hood, level of service and expertise we have received from Akicon. The quality of materials used and heavier gauge copper are evident from the time you open the box to being installed. Our installation contractor was very impressed with the fit, finish and quality as well. Our friends that have seen it in person have likewise been impressed and really liked the hammered dark copper finish. Thank y’all for your attention to detail, expertise and service. It has been a very good experience!

Akicon was a great company for my project. Love my new range hood. Besides the quality and beauty of the hood, communicating with the company was efficient and timely.

These days it's hard to find companies that care, but Akicon showed up. I had a small issue with a missing part, and they responded within 24 hours and shipped the replacement immediately - no drama, no runaround.

I worked with the Akicon team for a custom range hood, and the whole experience was outstanding. Customer service answered my questions quickly and helped tweak the design until it was just right. The hood arrived on time, and the craftsmanship is beautiful.

Online customer service was very helpful, even though online store showed part I needed was unavailable they checked for me and found it. Had it shipped to me same day.
