This is a great product I have been using for a while with great results however due to their over the top and unrealistic price increases I am forced to look for alternatives and have found much cheaper alternatives that use the same extract process or even one standardized to a stronger eurocoma content 10% with great reveiws I recommend others to boycott this company until they stop pushing up prices far more than they need to to make a profit.

So odd that all these 5 star reviews talk about “amazing customer service”. Im absolutely sure they are all genuine. For me I ordered some product. Have taken the money but absolutely no engagement. Ive email and used WhatsApp channel. Would anyone from the company be interested in replying to me about my order please? UPDATE: I have now finally got a response and in hand.

I would like to provide an update to my earlier review. I have now received the product I ordered, and I can confirm that it is exactly as described. In addition, Akarali kindly included a Tongkat Ali coffee as a complimentary gift, which I found to be a very thoughtful gesture. Although there were initial difficulties with communication and delays, I am glad that the purchase was ultimately completed successfully. Once I have had the chance to see how the product affects my performance and overall well-being, I may consider placing another order in the future.

Ordered July 9th and have yet to receive any correspondence, tracking, anything. I've sent email follow ups to no avail. Did receive a note from the shipping company- DHL - 2.5 weeks later, but no comms from the company yet. Product quality TBC. High hopes given reviews despite the unresponsiveness from Akarali so far.
