Order Never Arrived – Terrible Communicationing
Very disappointing experience with AKARALI. I placed my order around 26 August and waited for almost three weeks expecting it to arrive. During that time, I received no proper communication explaining that there was a problem with the shipment or that the order would not be delivered. Then, completely unexpectedly, I received an email saying that the order was being refunded. What I find most unacceptable is the lack of communication. I was simply left waiting for weeks, assuming my order was still on the way. If there was a delivery problem, I should have been informed much earlier. I ordered from AKARALI because of their reputation and expected much better customer service. A refund does not change the fact that I wasted several weeks waiting for a product that never arrived. Very poor communication and a very frustrating experience. I would be reluctant to order from them again.
