I recently completed the Akadian QBO 1 course
I recently completed the Akadian QBO Certification Level 1, and it was such a valuable experience. The course is well-structured and easy to follow, even if you're still building confidence in QuickBooks Online. Each module breaks things down clearly making complex topics feel managemable and practical. The support and guidance throughout the program also made a big difference and kept me motivated to finish. Overall, I highly recommend this certification to anyone looking to strengthen their QuickBooks Online skills and pass the exam. It's a great investment in your professional growth.

Loved the practice problems and fun way…
Loved the practice problems and fun way to learn. I feel so much more confident and ready to take on clients after completing the fast track and clean up courses. Thanks Margie!

This is so good to hear. That combination of practice and understanding is what builds real confidence — and it sounds like you’ve done the work to get there. Finishing Fast Track and Cleanup and feeling ready to take on clients is a big step. We’re proud of you and excited to see you put those skills to work. 💙

A Road Map to Nowhere (Unless You Have $2,497)
If you're a complete beginner, good luck... I'm sure everyone here is very good at what they do and probably among the most knowledgeable in their field, but my god, their platform is more confusing than QBO. They go through all this trouble to lay out a "road map" and waste your time with a 12-minute video breaking everything down — but lo and behold, you have to pay hundreds, and in some cases several thousands of dollars, for their courses. As a complete beginner who just wants to learn the fundamentals and actually understand the software, I guess I'll have better luck on YouTube. I wasted an hour signing up for their Facebook group, watching the intro video, and navigating their "road map," only to find that every single link I clicked led to a course priced at $997, $2,497, or $197. Anyway, I'm now left even more confused and helpless...

This testimonial was not submitted by a paying customer, as we do not have a purchase record from this name. Akadian prides itself on providing more free resources than most of the providers in our market, and if you contact support we would be happy to get you started. The roadmap itself is a free resource and no purchase is required to see the steps you need to take to get where you want to go. We created the roadmap after repeatedly hearing from students asking questions like, “Where do I start?” and “What should I learn first?” It has brought clarity by showing exactly what to learn and when to learn it as students build their bookkeeping skills and their business. If you would like our help, reach out to our support team and we’d be glad to assist.

♥️Fast Track bookkeeping course
I really liked the “fast track” bookkeeping course! I felt it hit on all the important topics needed to understand what a “real” bookkeeper does. I am keeping books for 3 companies now and couldn’t have done without Akadian courses and support from the Facebook group. Now I’m about to start a “clean up” course. Love it!

This is so great to hear. Keeping books for three companies is no small thing — well done! We’re glad Fast Track helped you see what a real bookkeeper does and gave you the confidence to step into that role. And the Facebook community support makes such a difference, too. We’re excited for you to dive into the Cleanup course next. Keep going! 🙌🏻

Anthony's kindness sealed the deal!
The 5 day free training got me hooked. Margie's live meetings were a great help with making the decision to invest in my 3rd career. But spending this kind of money at this stage in my life was a little frightening. A scheduled call with Anthony sealed the deal by patiently answering my questions, encouraging me to believe in myself, assuring me if I put the effort in I will get the results I am looking for. A friend wanted me to sign with another program but I am convinced by Margie and Anthony's professionalism and concern for me making the best decision for my future success that I enrolled in the best program for my future.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Making a career change, especially later in life, is no small decision, and we don’t take that trust lightly. We’re so glad the 5-Day Bookkeeping Challenge and live meetings gave you clarity, and that Anthony was able to answer your questions and support you in such a thoughtful way. Our goal has always been to help people make the right decision for their future, not just any decision. We’re honored you chose Akadian, and we’re excited to support you as you build this next chapter with confidence. 💙

Knowledge with power
I struggled for the better part of nine months trying to complete the QBO Academy on my own because it felt like it was going to bore me to death. Then my boss recommended this program and let me tell you, I completed Level 1 in just two weeks and had an absolute blast doing it. This program doesn’t just make learning fun; it helps me truly retain the information and feel confident and in control. I finally understand the how and why behind QBO, and I’m genuinely excited to get started on Level 2. Knowledge may be power, but only if you use it and because of Akadian, I now have the confidence to use my knowledge effectively.

This makes us smile. We’re so glad the course helped turn things around for you. Learning shouldn’t feel boring or overwhelming. Hearing that you not only moved through Level 1 faster, but actually enjoyed it and walked away understanding QBO is exactly what we hope for every student. You’ve built real confidence, and that’s what makes the knowledge usable. We’re excited to keep supporting you as you head into Level 2.
