NOT HAPPY !! Missed Communication Timeline: I was previously assured that I would receive a reply or update within 24 hours, which unfortunately did not happen. This lack of follow-through has extended my waiting time and caused unnecessary concern. Refund Status: While the refund is approved, I have not yet received the credited amount. Could you please provide a specific timeline (e.g., 3-5 business days) for when I should expect to see the funds reflected in my bank/purchase account? Cancellation Confirmation: Most importantly, the underlying service/product cancellation has not yet been confirmed as finalized on my end. A confirmed cancellation is essential for closing this case.
