Intenté comprar un artículo en una plataforma y terminé suscripto a uds..Me comunico, ya que me cobraban la suscripción, me dieron de baja y anularon la misma, entre el 19/10 y el 20/10/25. a los pocos días me volvieron a suscribir y a cobrar en la tarjeta la misma. Me vuelvo a quejar y dar de baja en el día de la fecha 26/10/25.

Buenas tardes. Fatal, malisima.Hicimos una compra desde esta página de 6,99 € y a partir de ahí, ya me han estado quitando dinero de mi cuenta bancaria, dos veces más de 8'99 €. Nunca he recibido ningún producto, por lo que ha tenido que cambiar la tarjeta del banco. Ahora voy a ir a la policía a poner una denuncia formal para que me devuelvan mi dinero y dejen de quitarme dinero de mi cuenta. Así que tengan mucho cuidado con esta página. Es un engaño, Nose como me metieron aquí y me hacían cargos a la tarjeta, para darme de baja me costó muchísimo y todavía estoy pendiente de un reembolso que llevo un mes esperando Cuidado!!

Sin mi consentimiento, utilizaron los de mi tarjeta de otra compra en otra empresa, supongo que trabajan juntas, y no envían nada, dicen que te has suscrito a su página de compras y facturan y facturan esa supuesta suscripción, ni te envian ningun producto ni te devuelven el dinero y siguen cobrandote la suscripción, es una estafa en toda regla.

I did not create an account with this company. I have no idea who did. When I noticed an odd debit to my bank account, I spent quite a while searching to find an answer. I finally found emails from them in my junk folder. I contacted them and explained the problem. I found their website and cancelled the upcoming debit that was scheduled to come out in a couple of days. I then cancelled my account on their site. I asked for a refund as I had never even used their site, I got an email saying I had signed up on Aug 4/25, but they were cancelling my account and there would be no further charges. That is impossible. I was barely online on that date because I was sick. I did not get my refund, and, in fact, the cancelled upcoming charge was debited from my account today. They refuse to refund it because their terms and conditions, which I did not read, because I did not create the account, state there are no refunds. I am disabled and rarely leave my home, so hiking gear would be the last thing I would order. Also, the website says they are based out of Cyprus and their prices are in €, while I am in Canada. I would never buy something that does not have CA$ pricing. This whole situation seems like a scam and theft. I do not recommend this company at all.
