AVOID!!! Ordered a air con pump from these Con artists. Pump was issued with a "2 month warranty" Pump off course didnt work no help or replacement was issued. Waste of £125 not to mention the £156 fee for degassing and gassing the system!

Extremely disappointing experience with AJ Auto Spares. I purchased a set of injectors from AJ Auto Spares, expecting them to be in serviceable condition. Unfortunately, when my vehicle was eventually booked into the garage and the parts were inspected, it became clear that three of the four injectors were unusable and in worse condition than the injectors already fitted to my car. Only one injector appeared suitable for use. I immediately contacted AJ Auto Spares to explain the situation and arrange the return of the three defective injectors. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they simply hid behind a 7-day return policy and refused to help. This is despite the parts being purchased online and supplied with what they advertise as a 30-day warranty. A warranty is meaningless if customers are expected to have parts inspected, tested and fitted within seven days, especially when most people rely on garages that often have waiting times of several weeks. Any reasonable business would understand this and work with the customer to find a solution. AJ Auto Spares chose not to. The customer service was poor throughout. There was no genuine attempt to investigate the issue, offer replacements, provide a partial refund, or reach any form of compromise. Once they had my money, they seemed completely uninterested in resolving a legitimate complaint. I am now left with three injectors that are effectively worthless, having spent money on parts that cannot be used and receiving no meaningful support from the supplier. Based on my experience, I would not recommend AJ Auto Spares. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect understanding, flexibility, or customer-focused service. There are plenty of other suppliers out there who stand behind the quality of the parts they sell and treat customers fairly.

Ordered a rear differential but was never delivered....contacted them...in vane...no refund.....

Bought a part from this company through Breakerlink. The part was supposed to be fully tested. The part is unusable and damaged and we have lost in excess of £360 by buying this through them. They would not take it back. Be warned and DO Not buy from this company.

A scammer . He sent me a parcel which was not delivered and returned to the company, I contacted the store because the parcel was sent and delivered on March 17, 2025, however the store owner said HE DID NOT RECEIVE IT, he refuses to make a refund, & when I called to ask for information he simply told me to ———! Pictures on the post for you guys make sure don’t be scammer by them. Update: AFTER THE REVIEW AND TREATS OF EXPOSE ALL IN INTERNET THEY SEND THE REFUND. PLEASE MAKE SURE I bought it on BREAKER LINK WEBSITE.

Brought a part Monday, promised next day DHL. Lied to me now turns out Evri, told 1 to 3 days now 5 days avoid at all cost would Never deal with this cowboy outfit again, liars and shocking service..

Ordered the auxiliary pump from them was promised Saturday or Monday delivery. It’s now the following Monday is still not here .absolutely useless. What a joke.
