Amazing service from AIYRE. The vehicle was perfect for our trip along the pacific coast. AIYRE always responded promptly to any queries we had over email and even went above and beyond to locate a lost item for me. The company and staff is fantastic and I highly highly recommend them! They made a once in a lifetime trip an even more memorable experience. Thank you so much!

The camper van was as described. We enjoyed our trip! We were rear ended in California and it took several months to resolve the accident. But Aiyre pacific did refund our deductible in the end.

Hello Trevor, we are only responding now to your review as the insurance process was finally completed and your deductible amount was refunded to you in full - we did not feel it was appropriate to post a reply before you had full reimbursement and closure. After your van was rear-ended and you promptly provided us with the details (thank you again for that) we submitted an insurance claim with our insurance and informed you via email that the process will take a few weeks and that a hold of $750 was placed on your CC - your deductible for any insurance event. We also advised you that when the insurance process is complete we will be refunded for the deductible and forward the amount to you. Once we submitted the insurance claim to our insurer, we have no control on how they go about collecting from the responsible party or how long it will take them to process the claim. We kept you informed on the responses we received from them - unfortunately it took them about three months to complete their work. We understand the long processing time was frustrating and wish there was anything we could have done to expedite it - unfortunately it was not in our hands and we can only apologize for the delay and be glad it was finally brought to closure.

Overall this was a great vehicle and served me well. What I will say is that the tires were worn bald, and I had a blowout on the freeway. Mike was responsive, though I did not receive any roadside assistance and I had to pay out of pocket for two new tires. I would expect the chicle to be fully maintained. The service was responsive, and at least Mike responded to all my emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. The setup of the vehicle suited my needs and saved me money that I would have otherwise spent on Airbnbs.

Hello John, Thank you for reviewing us on TrustPilot! I can confirm the tires were nearing the end of their life and therefore we reimbursed you in full for the expense to replace them. As we were discussing at the time of the blowout incident, we also offered to pay the tire shop directly over the phone at the time of replacement. We don't currently offer roadside service with our rentals but we resolve any issues that are not due to the renter's misuse or error.

Loved my little road trip in the camper van. Very easy to drive around and plenty of room to sleep, cook, and store my things. Really appreciated not having crazy advertising on the side of the van to make me stand out as a tourist. Would definitely book again!

This is the third time I've rented from Aiyre.... this year! The bed is super comfy and warm, black out window covers give privacy and all the camping supplies (besides a tent and sleeping bag - but you don't need those when you rent a sleeper van!) are all organized into tupperwares. I feel safe, warm and don't have to sleep on the ground when I camp. I will rent from them again, unless I buy my own van!

The van was clean and very comfortable to sleep in. I had a great 20 days trip.

We had a great experience camping down the west coast from Seattle to San Diego. The van was easy to handle on the twisty PCH. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was included in the van. Mike gave quick, helpful responses to our questions the first few days of the trip. During our trip, we gave rave reviews of Aiyre to anyone who would listen. Highly recommend!
