Hi Sherry, As mentioned in our correspondence, your order was processed correctly, and the results were dispatched as promised. The reason why you were not receiving the email with the results is that you unsubscribed from all the emails coming from us. Essentially, the system sends them, but they never get to your inbox. This might be automatically done by your email provider. As a result, your messages were flagged as spam by our system and the tickets were never created. Unfortunately, we do not routinely check our spam folder. We regret this oversight. I'm glad that the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to serving you better in the future. Best wishes, Chiara, AI SuitUp Team UPDATE: Hi Sherry, as mentioned in my previous reply, it was not necessarily you unsubscribing, but we've noticed that some email providers may automatically unsubscribe you or filter out our emails. TO CUSTOMERS: If you haven't received a confirmation email after submission, this could be the case. To ensure you receive all our communications, please add [email protected] to your list of trusted email addresses and after doing that get in touch with us if you don't receive your orders so that we can properly assist.

Dear Simon, we’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused. We can see an order placed under your name and that the results were correctly sent, but no emails were received from the associated email address. Could you let me know if you sent your requests to [email protected]? Please let us know as we would love to assist you EDIT: Upon checking, the reason why you were not receiving the emails with the results is that you unsubscribed from all the emails coming from us. Essentially, the system sends them, but they never get to your inbox. This might be automatically done by your email provider. As a result, your messages were flagged as spam by our system and the tickets were never created. Unfortunately, we do not routinely check our spam folder. We regret this oversight. I'm glad that the issue has been resolved and hope you enjoyed the upgraded generation with the Professional package at no extra cost. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to serving you better in the future. Best wishes, Chiara, AI SuitUp Team
