Hi Sherry, As mentioned in our correspondence, your order was processed correctly, and the results were dispatched as promised. The reason why you were not receiving the email with the results is that you unsubscribed from all the emails coming from us. Essentially, the system sends them, but they never get to your inbox. This might be automatically done by your email provider. As a result, your messages were flagged as spam by our system and the tickets were never created. Unfortunately, we do not routinely check our spam folder. We regret this oversight. I'm glad that the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Hello! When you purchased the service only the "Basic" package was available. The Basic package offers entry-level image quality and high variance in the genetared headshots. If you contact our customer support we would be happy to offer an upgrade to the 'Professional' package which produces HD images and the latest AI model for improved photorealism. As mentioned, the pictures uploaded did not adhere to the guidelines, and we offered you a second generation to give you a chance to upload better ones.
