I bought the 20 Inch chocolate brown straight and to my surprise UPS knocked on my door after about 36 hours. I loved them completely, so soft and full of volume all the way to the tips!! Going to order curly ones now for my natural hair. Thank you for the great customer service! I am very pleased and that is why I will forever continue to purchase from airy hair!

I'd really like to thank you for the excellent customer service. I was very worried about ordering extensions online because you never truly know the quality. I must say that I am EXTREMELY happy with my Airy hair. I've done 2 application of the tape ins both at 5 weeks per application and my hair is still soft. I had to trim the ends just at 10 weeks but the hair is really great quality - because of Airy I've been able to try out the micro beads and not break the bank! On top of the great quality at a really affordable price compared to salon prices or even other websites.. you've provided amazing customer service, quick responses, detail in your responses and quick shipping given.

Based on other reviews, I was skeptical and anticipated issues, but when I opened the package (who cares what the package looks like when the PRODUCT is what matters) and inspected the hair, I was VERY pleased! I ordered 16 inch micro-beaded natural wavy, premium remy hair. When I pulled it out of the package, there was this bundle of much shorter, very curly hair. I kinda freaked, but then remembered you are supposed to wash it first (duh). So I gave it a go...This hair is the softest, perfectly put together hair I have tried. There is very SLIGHT shedding,because they are extensions, and extensions do that. The curl is naturally wavy, the texture is SO similar to my own, that it blends beautifully, and with ordering the light brown, it was very easy to match. I would highly recommend this hair to friends. The company was outstanding, polite, and answered my questions in a timely manner. I will definitely be working with this company again in the future.

First of all, i got the ash blonde and it is so beautiful. It matched so perfectly and seamless with my hair i even forget i m wearing them. They feel exactly like natural hair that my friends didn't even notice! Will definitely be purchasing another set when these get old! Lucky to have found this brand.

Great extensions, I keep using Airy Hair and they have been the most consistant with quality. Lasts me 4 to 5 months depending if I do extra toning which I am addicted to.

Fabulous hair, been a customer since early 2018, extensions last around 6-7 months for me, so it's the second purchase for me only, no issues with support but I had to return hair to central Europe instead of UK after wanting to change texture, they paid shipping but still

I received exstentions a while ago but I barely wore them. I changed my hair colour and I will never have use for the colour of exstentions I have now. I contacted AiryHair regarding the situation and they were amazing about it! They responded to me very quickly and kindly allowed me to do an exchange. It was so easy and simple and I appreciate everything they have done. They provided me with everything I need in order to send them back. I am super happy with the expierence I had. The personally love the exstentions, I would receive so many comments on how long my hair was and people didn’t even realize it was exstentions they look that real.
