Well I actually love their hair. Just when I order I am given the wrong order. First time ordered tape ins got the micro beads. Then the second asked for 20” blond tape ins, receive 15” clip ins. I guess they sent my hair to someone else and I have her order quite annoying especially when you have appointments made each time and then cancel last minute and had to pay a booking fee with my hair stylist.

I bought 15 rollers for home use and I’m pretty satisfied with the items. The curlers are very easy to use and put on. I like that there is a clip that holds them in so I don’t have to use any additional clips. They feel pretty comfortable on my head so I don’t mind leaving them in for longer periods of time. the rollers have a nice grip on the hair so they stay in place. I didn’t experience them falling out or anything. The curls look fancy, like they were done by a professional.

Just got my hair literally right out of the bag from the UPS man- tape-ins to be exact. At first, I thought the packaging was pretty bad, seeing how it came in a simple UPS bag and was taped up to no tomorrow- I would be fine with this if I had free shipping and had waited the full amount of time for that. But I didn’t, I had paid the extra (what, $19?) for the faster shipping, I would have hoped a little more TLC would have gone into the packaging for that alone, but that’s fine. Was a little scared/disappointed when I saw the amount I got at first, and thought maybe I was cheaped out. But no! Plenty of beautiful, silky soft hair. Now- I have been cheaped out before a while ago, and just had to do a few tests to see if the hair is actually remy or synthetic, and one of the most notable tests is taking a flat iron to the hair. I have synthetic hair already in my house, so I compared the two. I did a simple tap of the flat iron at 275 on the synthetic and immediately it singed, burned off, melted, whatever you want to say. I tried it with the Airyhair, a tap and then a straight down line, not a single problem. And not an overwhelming scent, either. A scent, surely, but not overwhelming, but that’s given because it just came from another part of the world. Now, I do have some concern (I still am worried it may be a little synthetic here and there, like a mix), whenever I got it, I gently brushed through ONCE, and got a wad of hair right out. I went through a few more times and nothing too bad came out, I’m thinking this may be from transit or just it not being used yet. But how easily it came out and how it just shed as I was walking from room-to-room was concerning. I have yet to put this in my hair or dye it (I plan on dyeying it, and if it’s not remy it will 100% either not dye at all or it’ll have random white strands throughout- that is the synthetic part if it does). I got platinum blonde (#60 I believe? Don’t quote me), I’m skeptical but I’m also incredibly excited. Overall, right now I give it a 7/10, I’ll provably come back to update on here at a later time if I can. I saw the Airyhair people actually seem to read these and respond so I was hoping this would be a good place to comment on this, and give a little word on things that can be worked on and some things that deserve praise. Hope this review helps! I paid $64 for this all together, shipping included and so far, not only is it cheaper than the synthetic hair around me and remy hair, but it’s also more in quantity. So far I’m pleased! Another note: I got 20", 20 pieces, normal weft (not double-wefted or thick, and it's straight texture). UPDATE #1: Put a test-strand of dye on it, no white streaks, full color immediately. I'm pretty sure now that this is 100% remy hair. I also used low-heat with my hair-dryer and it went well! Only issue now is the occasional kinking when it tangles but that's to be expected. Next update should be of the hair when I put it in or after I've already had it in for a bit.

The texture of the hair is wonderful and i like that there is thickness to it, but can these extensions be bleached? Has anyone bleach these extensions and found any complications? i heard some hair company coat the hair extension with a chemical that if bleach could result in dissolving/ destroying the hair.. i wanted to bleach the hair to rise the ombre i order because it would be faster to do it then waiting another month but i'm nervous that the rumors i've heard of other experience with other brand may happen with this one?!

I have been a loyal client at Airyhair for almost 3 years and so far i am satisfied with both, the hair and their customer service. Everything is always resolved quickly and in time. The last set lasted almost 8 months and i feel really comfortable with the quality and but I do think the hair care is needed and you will need to find some instructions online as their instruction is good but not the best and most detailed which they can consider to improve. Regarding the shipping, However it depends, USPS delivers can be as quicker as 4-7 days or as slow as 10-15 days and this is why I now stick with UPS/FedEX and normally receive my parcel in 24-48 hours but sometimes i still need to push UPS or Fedex for a even faster delivery and they always do that. Anyway, thanks airyhair for your great and hard work and I am glad to see you are improving your site and hair quality from time to time and I am enjoy the customize hair options and yes the 3 tones ombre color and 30" long hair/thick hair is a nice bonus, which is super hard to find online anywhere else. But I believe you can do it much better in coming year such as reducing the production and delivery time and this is the reason i give 4 stars.
