Could be good
I placed an order with the company on November 15, it was still processing 4 days later so I emailed the company as I needed them for a specific time. They asked for my first name and sent me a different Madisons order and tracking information. When I sent them my full name they replied that they had shipped the order out (this is on November 21st) the shipping information did not update for a few days. It showed up as being shipped on November 24th. I am returning this order not due to quality but as a result of the time, as I need them by a certain time. Today (December 6th) they are still being shown as in China. I will probably not order from this company again, due to the slowness of the order. If you order i urge you to use rush shipping. Also They sent me an email yesterday saying my payment was received (was taken out of my bank on November 20th) and the order was shipped so Im not sure whats going on. Also in that email there were a few links where they offered cash in exchange for reviews, so Im not sure how trustworthy all the good reviews are. Order at your own risk, they hair might be good but it will take a substantial amount of time to get it.

For orders that need to be delivered immediately, we always recommend express shipping, free shipping option was designed to save customers ~20$ in costs, which we think is extremely valuable. In your case that is 30% of the order's value! That is A LOT. The downside: might take 10-30 days to arrive. > Also in that email there were a few links where they offered cash in exchange for reviews Please keep in mind that we offer compensation (usually in terms of store credit) for high quality video reviews (including their suggestion on how can we improve our service and products) and not "good reviews" in general. We have had youtube celebrities with over 100,000 and 300,000 subscribers recommending our hair and there is no way they would post anything dishonest. Our hair is real human hair and is a real deal. This is a healthy way to improve the relationship between AiryHair and its clients, and is also helpful for people who want to learn more about hair extensions in general. Sorry for your troubles.
