I have bought remy plus 16 inch hair to test and can confirm that the hair is genuine human hair, i have washed it twice now in a row as well as did some bleaching, no tangling or shedding. If you are buying, buy this, can't comment on others

I have purchased tape in extensions from AiryHair 3 different times and I absolutely love them! The hair is good quality and I haven't any problem after washing it or using heat to style it! I love that they have so any color choices! The last order I received was not the right color. And I was extremely nervous about how complicated it might be to return it and have the right color sent but, it was an absolute breeze! I emailed them the problem and they started the process of exchanging the hair almost immediately. They sent me very simple and easy to follow instructions. Also they never took more than an hour to reply to any of my emails when I had a question and they were very nice! They refunded me for having to ship the hair that wasn't the right color back in less than 24 hours of me doing it. I just received my corrected order of hair and it's the right color! I am so pleased with them and how great their customer service is! They will have my business for life!

I am a first time extension user. I emailed the company many times with questions. They always answered and were extremely helpful. I ordered the clip in extensions. They are very soft and I am pleased with the quality. I have played with my kids, worked outside and many other things and I have had less tangles in my extension than in my own hair. I have had them for almost a week now and have styled them many different ways. I love them and will be ordering for them again soon. I want to try the i tip extensions.

Seriously the best hair ever for the best price! The color and length were just as expected and the quality of the hair and the clips were great! It did take a little longer to ship then expected but they contacted me right away and answered any questions very quickly! Great customer service and quality made it worth the wait! I will definitely be ordering more hair in a few months! Defiantly recommend!
