First they gave me the wrong shipping tracking number which was no big deal, but the buffer tube i ordered wasn't meant for rear wired aegs which it didn't say anywhere on the site.

I bought a clip from here and it arrived quickly enough but it was the wrong clip. I emailed to complain and was told that I would get the correct order in 7-14 business days. It has now been a month or two but I am done holding my breath on the replacment ever arriving. Never buying from here again Edit: I have since talked to a representative and gotten a refund as long as I change my review so I have bumped up my review by a star what holds them back from three stars for me is I was only refunded the cost of the item and not the shipping. I may use them again in the future but for now I will stick to Amazon where items are cheaper and don't cost me expensive shipping and handling.

They replaced an order of my stainless steel L96 upgrade kit to the original plastic crap that comes in the original gun....

Got a broken gun that was poorly packaged and then had to email for a return, they didn't pick up when I called, getting a response took a long time, I always had to email and ask for updates because they left me in the dark, and the return process took way too long.

So far I haven't received tracking info or confirmation my order has shipped (even paid extra for expedited shipping) my order still says "processing" on their website. It was supposed to ship out on Friday and I have yet to hear from them or receive any updates. If they contact me today with a valid explanation and if everything arrives in one piece I will likely change my review but until then they'll get two stars.

Ordered two guns and one bottle of pellets on 5/31/2014. The gun that was marked as 6 weeks and the pellets came after 3 weeks but the gun that was marked as 4 weeks never came. Called several times and was told that the gun will be in stock next week and shipped right away. Today, 7/22/2014 still no gun received on their end so I canceled the order. I was told that I will receive the full price of the gun but only $1,19 Dollars back from my $11.88 Dollars for shipping and handling. Let's see how long that will take until I get the money back and I hope the cash will not be on back order.
