Ordered my AEG and the money was taken from my bank account. Almost a week later, my order was still showing "Processing". I sent an email to see what was going on but never got a reply. I finally called and spoke with someone at Airsplat who advised that the AEG I ordered was out of stock and they would be refunding my money (It was showing in stock when I ordered it) I wonder how much longer I would have had to wait before they told me this? It has now been 4 days and I still don't have my refund. I was told I would have it that day when I called and they cancelled the order. Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware.

More than a week and still does not send my purchase. Strongly disagree!!!

Called and asked for more information on the product (systema challenge kit) on if it was new or used, what all was included, what year the model was, if it was parted out or returned, etc etc. All I got back from the unenthusiastic phone assistant was "Externals only" which I could clearly read for myself as that was on the website. New ownership same low expectations!

Bought a gun that stated it was in stock but had limited availability. Had to wait a week before calling just for them to say "whoops, it's out of stock, would you like a refund?" The 2 stars is for issuing me the refund in less than a week and that's about it. First time trying out Airsplat rather than Airsoft GI/Evike and will not be using Airsplat again. RIP

I purchased a product not in stock and on the site it was labeled at in stock. A few days after the purchase I was notified of this error and was offered "a similar product at the same price". Unfortunately that was the product I was interested in and not some other product that I did not know of. No thanks. I love airsplat but this time I took my business elsewhere.

ordering from this website is a hassle since the site takes forever to load a page or two, and no it isn't my internet since i can open any other airsoft websites in like .25 of a second. Emailing the store is 100% useless still haven't received a reply back from when i sent an email on 11/24/16 from when i am writing this it is 12/5/16...... items that were shipped/ packaging were mediocre. But the one thing that TICKED me off was that the company failed to send me any sort of shipping number or the email saying my item was shipped. once placing an order. the email with the invoice also says "Thank you for your order from AirSplat. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." FAILED TO DO SO. in order to find any update on my order. i had to call in to check. the woman that helped my was nice and it was quick to get information about my shipment for me. but still she asked me if i wanted an email with my shipping number and etc, and i said yes but still, no email. Even if the package is coming the next day, you should always send the customer their shipping number on their package.

Very slow order processing and shipping.

I placed my order, and my card was charged. I didn't receive any communication. After two days, I wrote the company, and received an email stating that they did have my order, but it hadn't shipped yet due to an upgrade of the shipping software. I was told that for the delay, I would receive a free bottle of green gas (in addition to the two cans I had ordered). After that, more silence. No shipping notification, no tracking numbers, just silence. When my package eventually arrived, it contained what I had ordered, but the free gas promised? Nowhere to be found. I will be finding another vendor for my purchases.
