Did not receive my device after 2,5 years, backed a product that does not even exist, and am being ghosted by the customer service. And if I look a the Tron Global Launch Group on Facebook, it does not even seem to be working properly.

I have had a good experience so far with this Tron robot lawnmower. Yes, there were some things to learn, and I did need to contact customer support as well. But they always helped me get to the solution, and things were up and running shortly afterwards. I have probably fully cut the entire lawn 8-10 times so far this spring, and what I'm finding is that it just works with only a couple minor quirks. The biggest thing I have figured out has been to divide the lawn into areas that allow it to complete the task before needing to come back for a recharge at the base. Also, I did remake the map in order to get the boundary as close as I could to right where it needed to be. At this point, I still need to manually cut a couple spots, but that only takes 3-5 minutes, and I know that one more map tweak could even take care of that too. So for me, especially at my age, this product is a real benefit. I like that it can be working in the hot sun, while I am inside taking care of other matters at the same time.

Horrible product, worse service. A company that should not exist

Similar to many others, I am a kickstarter backer. Yes I understand there is a risk element around the backing nature of the platform and if/when you receive your pledge reward. However I am not basing this review on this, I am ultimately baffled by the level of transparency and lack of communication shown by Airseekers. Sure plans change, the financials hit hard and maybe the end product is slightly different. However the way this company has dealt with all the backers is extremely poor. For a company that is full of ideas and relies on its backers, the idea of being unable to keep oneself accountable with timelines, the project plan, and be honest with supporters is crazy! They failed to bring them/us on the journey, update the good and the bad and try to make sure that the trust that was invested in them is honoured. Instead the tech has moved one, for the majority of European backers we find ourselves still mower-less, and the communication is sporadic and only when they feel like it. At least if they'd been honest we could have bought an alternative mower back in 2024 and had 2x seasons, or we'd have a lesser item but at least we'd have got something to show for our support and hard earned cash. Overall I can't possibly recommend a company which seems incapable of maintaining a project plan or provide honest and frequent communication. God knows what the support model and system will be like if/when the mower (partly) arrives. I assume they will bank on the majority of us giving up or not having the desire or energy to chase issue with an obsolete product. The above is an honest review which I think fairly describes the company's interactions with their most loyal supporters...

Backer #540 on Kickstarter. After more than three years, all we have heard are promises about the delivery of this product. Customer service is simply nonexistent — they do not reply to emails, they ignore their customers, and they show no respect for the people who supported them from the very beginning. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing. Backers trusted this project and helped make it possible, but we have been left waiting with no clear answers and no accountability.

Unresponsive company & Kickstarter delivery constantly delayed (currently waiting for two years)

Unbelievable disperformance by this company for over 2 years. Many backers are waiting for over 2+ years and with the poor communication it's very unfortunate to still have not received the product
