Flew to Fethiye Turkey and booked a shuttle for 4 am pickup at the airport. We were a family of 5 with 7 luggages. We needed that confirmation and we got it. Booked and paid for the service. No one showed up. We were tired after flying from Hawaii. They claim they thought it was 4 pm And said they don’t have a driver available right now. I have communication that proves I sent them our itinerary for 4 am arrival. And almost 4 months later still have not received our refund!

We booked through airportshuttles.com for a ride to the airport in San Diego in July 2021. Our ride was 45 minutes late picking us up. We were afraid we might miss our flight. We didn’t know whether to call an Uber since we had already paid airport shuttles. We contacted them and the company they hired several times with no response. Finally someone told us our ride was coming. We contacted them about out Rv experience and asked for part of our money back, and their response was that our ride was successful. We will never use them again.

Our ride never showed up. We had a pickup scheduled 4 AM and at 4:10 we received a text informing us we should find an alternative way to the airport. When I called the number from the text, the driver told us he was 60 miles away. When I asked why he didn't call us earlier, the driver said he was too busy driving. We were still charged for the ride that never showed. Airportshuttle.com farmed our ride out to Elife Limo and Elife told Airportshuttle that the ride was given. This is by far worst company I have ever dealt with. It seems like a scam operation.

I’ve been scammed. Waiting at the airport and the supposed transportation company will not answer their phone and airportshuttles.com will not even contact me or allow me to call them. I want a refund and this website is completely false.

Avoid this site if you value your money. This site no longer works, they owe a ton of money to their partners and do nothing about it.

Total SCAM... we landed in Athens having booked a so called shuttle. No one at the airport... called the so called emergency number about 10 times, no reply to what is supposed to be an emergency number! STAY AWAY...

WONDERFUL SERVICE. Booked and prepaid shuttle for pick up at LAX on January 16 2020. Confirmation by email then texting with Driver prior to our flight leaving YVR, and once we arrived at LAX. 4 Adults, 5 Large suitcases and 4 carry ons. MOATZ picked us up curb side at the arrival terminal in an Escalade so there was plenty of room for us and our luggage. He was professional, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable ! I didn’t read any reviews before booking, which is unusual for me. I read them last night and was worried after all the bad reviews. But thank you MOATZ, and Airportshuttles.com ! Wish I could give no stars. No driver showed up for our prepaid service. We waited over 2 hours. The local company we were given numbers for didn’t work and when we google searched them for customer service they said they don’t even work with AirportShuttles.com. SCAM! There is no number to call and after multiple emails all they say is “we are sorry for inconvenience and we have launched an investigation”. We have launched a fraud case with our credit card company to get money back. STAY AWAY!
