Service received when parking and when coming for my car were both outstanding. I got in during parking in the early hours and came at almost midnight, staff were polite, shuttle was prompt, and had no negatives to complain about. I think fees are reasonable if you get a coupon to bring it down a little. Felix

Shuttle was there when I parked and got me to the airport in no time. Driver was friendly and helpful. On return, they came quickly and dropped me right at my car. Could have been bad if I hadn't read about gps directions being wrong but I was prepared and found it no problem. Remember to keep your parking ticket they ask for it to pay.
