Bad!!! 30min waiting. Bad service

I used airport parking.com to find a place to leave my car for 2 weeks while on vacation. When we returned on 12/21/24 I called for a ride from the Philadelphia airport back to my car where we had left it at the Wyndham Garden Philadelphia Airport Hotel. My husband is 81 and I am 73. We waited in 23° weather for 1 hour outside until they finally came to pick us up. After the first 1/2 hour, I made calls to them every 10 minutes. I was told the driver was on his way, again and again. When he finally did arrive he blamed it all on traffic. There is no way it took him an hour to get us when it was a 3 Mile drive!!!! I will never use the Wyndham Garden Philadelphia Airport Hotel as a place to park my car again, no matter how cheap the price is! And from the looks of the hotel and their employees, I wouldn't suggest anyone ever stay there either!

I used this site to book parking at Orlando airport , My reservation went to a company on that site called Orange MCO parking . They have super small shuttles that can’t fit much resulting in huge lines going to the airport and coming back . I am currently waiting in line for the fourth shuttle hoping to get a spot to get to my car . Don’t ever use this site.

This is basically a fraud organization. They lure you in with relatively good prices for airport parking. Once you pay for your reservation and show up in the parking lot, they will tell you that there is an "additional charge." For example, an SUV fee or something like that. Obviously, this is designed to corner people who are arriving at the airport - to either pay up or miss their flights. Besides, even if you have an alternative solution and try to cancel, they will "regret to inform you that the reservation cannot be refunded." Makes me sad that this stuff is going on relatively unpunished. Please avoid this site and make other arrangements.

Overcharge!!! Flight was delayed so attempted to change times by 3hours and they charged $20 more, then when early enough to didn’t need extension would not refund any!! Ho to real airport parking, you will save money!!!

I parked at Hampton Inn BOS recently. I dropped off my car on the day of my departure and it felt very "off" to me as I was asked for my car keys, which has never been requested at past long term parking experiences. As I had an international flight to catch, I did give them my keys after being told that they might need to move the car in the parking lot. The next day I checked the location of my car and it had been moved off site from the Hampton Inn to another location. It stayed at that remote location until the evening before I flew back and was then moved back to Hampton Inn. As far as I can see I did NOT give permission for my car to be removed from the facilities that I paid to have my car parked at. There is nothing I can find saying that I authorized or agreed to this moving of my car. This is a violation of my trust in Way, Airports parking.com and the company who manages the on-site parking. If they planned on moving my car it should have been stated clearly and I would have not chosen this parking lot. I am very upset about this. In addition, in going through my car after getting home, I noted that whoever was in my car went through everything in my glove compartment, area between the front seats and through my trunk as I keep things in a certain order and they were all out of order. I'm assuming someone was looking for money or other things of value, of which there wasn't any but this makes me even more upset as this is a violation of my property and trust. Obviously I am VERY angry about what happened.

Hidden fees for anything bigger than a street car and not shown upfront on the main site.

My assumption was that if they were offering off site airport parking, they would have a shuttle service. That’s where I was mistaken. Beware that is not always the case.
