DO NOT PARK AT NU HOTEL The company advertises shuttle bus pick up would be 5-25 minutes. After waiting for 45 mins, the man on the other end of the phone said that the shuttle was on the way. 10 minutes later it still wasn’t there. I called again and every time they just hung up on us. It eventually showed up an hour later. They were not apologetic and nor did they offer me a refund for the poor service. Upon arriving at the parking spot I found out that my car was not parked at the indoor valet parking which I paid for knowing there was a lot of snow on the way. The car was full of snow and ice which had accumulated over the days and it tool me a really long time to remove the snow and ice. Again there was no apology or explanation as to why the car was outside when I paid the extra dollars for indoor valet. Please do not park here, you will be truly disappointed. There are many parking spots around there that I have had great experiences with.

The parking and staff were fine BUT my car keys were not returned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called several times and written a letter with money enclosed for the return but have had no response. DO SOMETHING. Donald J. Coe

Been using the 6155 River Road Chicago O’Hare Marriot locations for years Unfortunately when I return from an international flight 10 days later I found my car was loaded with sap deposits the size of a dime from a Pinetree I was parked Under. I contacted the The Marriott hotel I was informed it was a privately owned parking lot and they informed me that they would do nothing. I had to have the car detailed at my expense for $137 before the pine tar was crystallized on my new car. I would have thought they would’ve given me my money for the repair and inconvenience or at least giving me a gift certificate for a future visits. I will simply move on to many other choices very very unhappy, And the added insult is a Marriott rewards customer and stay at the Marriott as a travel for business often. Not happy will go elsewhere, one of the employees also told us to Park near a camera while I was gone as we were waiting for the shuttle, not comforting.

I’m pretty mad that I was tricked into paying a dollar more to this website since it’s NOT the actual Park N Go website. I think it’s unethical of RIC to do this! I’m already paying to fly in and out of RIC. Must you really take another dollar per day out of my pocket?? I support your skycaps with tips. I pay fees included in my airfare to RIC. I hate that I fell for your trick but never again!!

It is a cheap and filthy place. Zero customer service. Be prepared to walk to and from your car through potholes for a quarter mile. They have only one van. When we got back from our trip we called and then waited for an hour. On our third call we were told the van broke down and they could offer no help. The uber back to the lot cost $23.00 and for the last month I have been attempting to get that refunded. You're better off crawling to the airport.

Worst time ever just simply trying to book a parking space. The website kept giving me an error saying to call customer service as the information couldn’t be verified AFTER I put my card info in. Tried calling customer service and sat on hold so long I hung up. I tried a couple more times then ended up booking with a different lot, only to find out after I came back from vacation that I was charged and never even received a confirmation or anything, he’ll I had to park somewhere else! I still haven’t been able to get through to customer service to get my $60 back. Will not recommend using this place as there customer service is horrible and clearly their website likes to take peoples money but say your information can’t go through.
