Always the cheapest parking at LAX which I love. Only wish that there were more shuttles that came to the garage and airport more often.

The price was decent but the confirmation email did not explain how to contact them for pickup from the airport and did not give a phone number to do so. It also wasn't made clear where to go to pick up the shuttle van, either at the parking structure or at the airport. To sum up, the reservation process was quite simple, but the ease of actual use was lacking.

Fairly easy to check-in, and check-out. Charges were as quoted. Parking stalls, except for those facing the building exteriors, were very tight...worried about getting dinged by neighboring parked cars.

Loved it! It was easy. Fair Pricing. Fast, Courteous shuttle. I am a Lyft/Uber driver from Ventura and take people to LAX almost weekly. Compared to Lyft/Uber pricing and Ventura Airport Shuttle pricing and schedule, Airport Center worked out way better for my wife and me based on a seven day trip.

Like the shuttle service, price was great.

Great location, clean/covered, secure. Made a reservation, and got a discount. Would absolutely park here again.

On our departure day the lady driver (5/19 @ 4:30 AM) was very courteous and helped with our bags. On our arrival day (5/27 @ 9:30 PM) the male driver did not help us with our bags. In fact, I assisted another traveler loading & unloading their bags.

The service at the cashier booth was courteous and efficient. The shuttle was fine, no problems. I chose this parking deck because it has covered parking at a lower rate that the airport economy lot, and not really farther away. However, the spaces are very small, many marked as "compact car" yet big SUVs and other large cars and pickups were crammed into all of the spots, or even double parked, for which hopefully the drivers were charged a double rate. There were a few free places but I didn't want to chance scratches and dings, since it was almost impossible to get in and out in such tight spaces without scratching each other's doors. So I parked on the roof level, in the hot sunshine, but at least there was plenty of room up there.
