Clean, secure facility. Shuttle was quick

The service was both convenient and efficient. We were lucky to catch the shuttle with no wait in both directions. The drivers were professional, courteous and helpful. The scan in and out worked perfectly. This is now our "go to" facility for Newark Airport.

I have always used AirPark and been happy with its services. Now that it's no longer valet and that you don't have to call are pretty good changes. I was very disappointed in the time I had to wait for pick up - over 20 minutes. Saw other shuttles come by at least twice or more in that time. Just glad it wasn't cold or rain or snow.

Easy off site parking- I just wish they had more shuttles- had to wait 15 minutes while I watched shuttles of competitors come very often.

Parking was easy and the shuttle drivers were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend AirPark Newark.

Arrived at 4 am and was able to get into the lot easily using my reservation on my phone, parked and caught a shuttle immediately. Upon our return, we saw the shuttle outside the terminal and ran for it and the driver stopped to wait for us even though he had already begun to drive away. Both drivers were courteous and polite and the check in and check out was very easy. Would use this service again.

Quick and efficient. All the drivers are very kind and helpful!

This was such a spectacular experience, we waited no longer than 5 minutes to shuttle both ways upon departure and arrival. The staff was nice and it was a very efficient service. We would definitely use this again
