It was an awesome experience. Picked me up and dropped me off in front of my car and at the time they said I will recommend to my friends and family.

Easy to get to. Shuttle drivers are very helpful. Pickup at EWR couldn't be easier. We recommend using them

I had to take a very early flight, and was at the lot at 3 AM. There was only one person by the exit, who did not say anything to us until we asked about getting a ride to the airport. When she informed us that the van was on the way back, we waited in the bus stop, and it was really cold. I don’t want to nitpick, but it would have been awesome to have some sort of heating unit that could be turned on as needed. Once the van arrived, the rest of the trip was smooth. My only real complaint would be that as a customer, I would’ve appreciated some instruction on where to wait, as well as some signage indicating the pickup process. I will definitely return, as the price is fair and security was visible in the lot. Update: I appreciate the response, I cannot fault the facility, I was tired at that hour! Happy holidays!

very secure and take you from your car door to the airport terminal and back

Lot was clean and secure. I parked and got on the bus. I reserved and paid on line and used the Q thing to check in and out. We were picked up at the airport without a phone call.
