Airpark NewarkReviews of airparknewark.com

Very responsive and courteous service...have used them a handful of times and always excellent and on time!

No problems at all. Using the app is great. Use your phone to get in and get out quickly.

Great place to park. Curious staff and good shuttle timing.

Great service, nice drivers, safe and simple parking.

I was taken by surprise upon arrival at the lot in Newark in the early morning on 12/27 that they were overbooked and rather than being able to park my car (and keep my keys), I had to just double-park it and hand the key to my driver who would valet it later. Neither the driver nor another attendant were courteous in explaining the situation - on the contrary, they were rude to the customers in the bus. I left worrying if I’d have a car upon my return. Good news is that the shuttle driver upon my return explained how things would work when we arrived at the lot and he ensured we got our key, found the car and were off in short time. A mixed experience with an operator and lot I’ve usually found superior to others.

Easy and fast

Excellent service and very convenient, I highly recommended. We were picked up and dropped off right at our parking spot.

Quick service, clean and secure parking. Well lit. Close to the airport.
