Very quick in and out Very close to Newark airport and a great price

Very prompt during departure and arrival. Bus arrived within 7 minutes.

We left our car there for a week, got it back as expected. The shuttle back and forth was fine. No prob

cheapest parking i could find near newark airport . great rates, shuttle drivers are real friendly. also liked the fact the shuttle goes by terminals often . didnt need to call and wait to get picked up

Overall great service. Facility is secure, personnel are professional and pickups/drop offs were prompt. Only blip was in the return where the dispatcher had the driver repeat his circle around the terminals to pick up a complaining passenger. The ten of us already on the bus thought the passenger should have waited for the next shuttle. But Airpark was very (too?) accommodating. This is my 3rd time using them and I will use them again.

Nice service and nice and secure parking

We went to drop our vehicle off at 6:30PM on January 7. The shuttle pulled up behind our car immediately. The shuttle doors opened. No assistance was render with luggage, instead the driver was more interested in his cell phone. When I asked a question he responded "can you say that again?". He asked which terminal we were leaving from. We were dropped off were they pick up passengers. No offer of assistance with luggage of the shuttle or why we were not dropped off at the departing passengers area of the terminal. So we continued to walk up to floors with 2 full size pieces of luggage and 3 carry ons. Not good to start. Pick up was totally opposite. Shuttle pulled up within 5 minutes. Driver assisted with luggage. Dropped us off at the rear of our vehicle and assisted with luggage again. This driver was pleasant and professional unlike the first driver that took us to the terminal. After the experience I am unsure if I would use AirPark again. For the price it may be better and less of an inconvenience to just use Uber or Lyft.
