very clean and secure - a quick pick up from the parking lot but we did have to wait at the airport more than the other off airport parking lots. I noticed that 2 vans came around before the Airpark van. It was 15 min. Other than that very good!

Best experience ever! As long as they are in business I will be parking with Airpark. My situation is too lengthy to go into detail and I only wish I could remember the young lady's name that helped me. I traveled on 10.31.19 to Utah for my sons wedding in Moab...and all my ID was left behind. Not knowing if it was lost in the parking lot or the shuttle to the airport? or where ever? Once I was finally permitted to board my flight(by the very rude TSA/Newark)and arrived in Utah I phoned Airpark and she(the young lady)physically went out in the rain and checked the parking lot AND looked into my car and saw the ID on the floor. I will forever be grateful for her 'step above expectation' that she offered me. My entire experience with Airpark and their employees was excellent and deeply appreciated! Thank you!!!
