we waited 30 min for the shuttle

The best. No matter what time I need to leave or return I have always received timely excellent service. The driver are polite and always seem to be waiting when you arrive at the lot.

I was very satisfied with Airpark Newark. My GPS took me right there with no problems. As I went in to find a parking spot, the van was there picking up people. He saw me pull in and actually waited until I was fully parked, drove up to me and helped me with my bags. I would definitely recommend Airpark Newark to my friends and family.

Easy parking close to airport. 5 min shuttle ride, and did not wait more than 10 min for a shuttle to pick us up

Excellent service from start to finish

I would recommend using this parking location. I made a reservation in advance using their website. We arrived at the gate and scanned the bar code that came with the reservation confirmation. The gate opened and we followed a bus to a parking spot. The friendly attendant helped with our luggage and we were on our way for the 5 minute trip to the airport. When we returned, it felt like we had to wait a little longer than some of the other shuttle services but not more than 15 minutes. Another friendly driver helped us with our luggage and we arrived back at the parking area without incident. Our car was exactly how we left it and we were our the gate and on our way home without incident. I would use this parking area again.
