I purchased this and I am now getting monthly charges despite the fact I understood had paid in full. I always pay in full and had no idea I would be sent ongoing monthly charges I did not approve. I want my $ refunded as if I keep paying I would have paid over $160.00 for a product worth far less I have now cancelled my card account to stop more payments - annoying

I ordered a car vac and a second unit at an advertised discount. Two weeks later, I received a plastic shipping bag with cheap polyester clothing. I immediately contacted airify by email and have received no response after two attempts. I called the published phone number and get cut off as soon as the dialing is complete. I have challenged the charge on Amex. This company appears to be a total fraud.

I ordered an Airify vacuum back in January of this year. It's mid-June and I still haven't received it! They -- the Airify company -- is apparently overseas in China. They use some third party shipping company to process their shipments to the mail service. I contacted Airify several times, and they kept telling me it would be there days later. Then they just stopped replying. I suspect this may be a scam product of some kind.

FRAUD - FRAUD - FRAUD I ordered and received the Airify Blower Vac I paid $67.00 for the Vac.. after i receive the Vac, Airify charged my credit Card 2 times $29.99 and $29.99 without my authorization. I found 3 phone numbers on the Airify web site none of them work 512 331 2312 888 777 5391 631 521 3326 my name is Sam -- order number was 76193 FRAUD - FRAUD - FRAUD

I only used it once and it worked. The problem is that I keep getting billed $29.99 every month. SCAM.

If I had the option of zero stars, I wouldn’t leave any. I paid almost $100.00 for a product I never got. Then you had the nerve to charge $29.00 for a subscription I never asked for. You cheated out of my hard earned money. You have really bad customer service, because it doesn’t exist I sent an email Monday and no one answered. This is my first and my last time buying anything from your shady company.

I love the little vacuums, but within a month neither of my charging cords work. One of them never did, but that was OK. I wrote to the company, wrote again, nothing!! Now what!?!? I tried all of my cords to other devices, and nothing works, of course.
