OMG! I am so PISSED right now! I did get the hand-held vaccuum. It does work and I like it. I paid a "discounted" rate of $67 for one of these as advertised. I got charged $67...THEN kept getting charged $29.99 the next month, then $29.99 the month after that, and I am anticipating getting charged AGAIN for another $29.99 based on what other reviewers have said. I have had to call my credit card company to dispute these extra charges. There is a phone number to call them on my credit card statement - lists CA (California??). Call it, gets routed to Texas, then says the "call can't be completed as dialed". Sent a message with my name and number and email on the website but am guessing no one will contact me based on what others have said. Again....pissed off!!!

This company has billed my credit card of $29.99 - 3 times. The last time I ordered through this company was in March. Have not ordered since. Going to my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

I received mine in the mail and it never even worked! Charged it for days, never any suction at all! It’s a scam

pitiful suction and it was supposed to be so great. when i tried to contact customer service to return it and get a refund, there was no response. i must have tried 5-6 times. what an awful way to do business.

I purchased the magnetic phone holder as well. And as everyone else, this is a SCAM. I purchased a product that looks good but in the end its no good. SHAME ON YOU. Then you charge a hidden fee of $29.99 a month. Why????I don't understand the WHY.

I did not even want to give it 1 star. I purchased the airify car vac. I mainly got it because of the great suction that it was supposed to have. The terrible suction was only the beginning of the rating. It was not delivered in the 7-10 days as stated on order. The blowing was terrible also. The packaging was damaged also upon arrival. There were tons of tape all over the product. I am highly disappointed. this product does not meet the advertisement in many ways. The size and the multiple attachments were as advertised. Suction and blowing, which are the key attributes did not meet expectation or advertisement. The 30 day return policy starts the day you purchase. it took almost 30 days to get to me. Trying to return cost more.

As everyone else says, bad suction. Also got duped for monthly subscription payments which were never disclosed and can’t be managed via their website. Their customer service told me that I must have brought a counterfeit product and only after I challenged their fraudulent payments via the bank credit card did they get in touch to reimburse. Didn’t reimburse fully either. Don’t buy.
