As with Jade (reviewer below), being part of her team is amazing, we're a little team who write and compose music. However after all our hard work and effort, it is clear to see that it has all gone to waste. So we are left with no choice but to use platforms like trustpilot to protest. We have emails and screenshots from both sides which includes conversations via email and Instagram. We have not been paid one cent for over 7 songs. I am standing with my team manager and we will fight till this is resolved.

This person was never a member of AirGigs.com. As they mentioned, they are connected to the December 22, 2022 review posted by “Jade” below, but they never created an account with us.
It’s unfortunate that review sites do not have more checks and verifications in place, and allow just about anyone to sign up and slander good businesses. Angela, one of AirGigs’ co-founders, flagged this review as false and contacted this review site to address it - to no avail.
AirGigs has a responsibility to keep members of our community, and the larger music community safe wherever possible. As such we have a zero tolerance policy for scams, fraud, harassment and falsifying personal information.

I am a long-time Airgigs session & coaching guy; as a professional musician you find there are constant issues with companies and contracts. David and the team, however, have been the most forthright, straight up and efficient folks to do this sort of thing. He's a very creative, musical and thoughtful guy. Airgigs Dishonesty, Not Paying Sellers
Hi everyone, my name is Jade, I am currently a seller on Airgigs.com, I've been doing good business with clients there however, I'm not getting paid. At first the payment via PayPal a total of $510.00 I couldn't withdraw so I refunded it to airgigs and asked to have the PayPal account updated. They so did and my orders waited 3 days to be cleared, 3 days passed, and it went to the Awaiting Approval Stage, it eventually got passed the approval stage (a total of $1168.75) was ready to be withdrawn however on their website it shows that payments take 24 to 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no withdraws have been processed. Not one cent was paid. I eventually got onto the client and explained my situation and told them that they weren't allowed to use any of my work until I receive payments. The client then reached out to them on Instagram (I have all the screenshots) to explain to them the situation to get this over with. No assistance was given, the client provided down to a picture of their credit card including the cvv at the back which is a bit fishy and filled out a credit card authorization form. Still nothing was done. They eventually banned the client, luckily, they were able to exchange an email with me to contact them and send me all the information details. My advice is do not trust this site at all. Only when i get paid is when i will remove this review.

Shortly after joining AirGigs, the system detected multiple instances of attempted fraud on this person's account. We requested additional profile and ID verifications, to which they provided a fake ID. We suspected that the payments they received were made with stolen credit cards, and later we confirmed that. All payments were promptly returned to the original card holder and their account was blocked and banned.

Where else can you get such skilled musicians for any of your needs?

Buyer Beware!
Sept 8/2022. If you are looking to get instrumental tracks made for your songs. Please be aware that the musicians on Airgigs and other music recording websites in the USA ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! They demand your Credit Card UPFRONT and If you are NOT SATISFIED with the work a musician has done they won't care and You Will Not get a REFUND! For example one musician named Sam Tuten on Airgigs.com did NOT COMPLETE an order. He decided to CLOSE the project instead and Airgigs.com sent a email to the buyer claiming it was delivered. He was given a chance to redo the instrumental track but he REFUSED. I paid $972.60 CA and got NOTHING DONE! This guy has issues with money and women! So Please Do NOT HIRE this guy on Airgigs.com...Ruby

Hi Ruby, thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your session with Sam, and unfortunately it did not qualify for a refund. That said, the demos are yours to use free and clear!
Respectfully, Sam put in over 15 hours on your project from his professional recording studio, created two entirely different full production demos, communicated very promptly and tried to accommodate all of your requests.
This was also not first time hiring Sam, or using AirGigs. On your last project with him, you gave him the following public review:

The proposal Sam sent for the recent session (08/2022) did not come with a refund option, due to time and costs required to produce your demos. We have no issue if clients and musicians seek to mutually cancel, but asking AirGigs to cancel on Sam, when he delivered a professional product at your direction is not something we can - or would ever support.
Musicians have been hit hard by the pandemic and general economy, and we couldn’t run a session musician platform where musicians work for hours without pay. Of course, if there were technical issues, or if Sam did not deliver your final tracks, that would always qualify for a refund.
When you reached out to us to cancel, the reason you provided for the cancellation was completely unrelated to the demos Sam delivered, or using AirGigs. Sam even tried to find a workaround for the issue you were dealing with.
We’ve been in business for almost 11 years, and we take pride in doing everything possible to facilitate a positive transaction for both clients and studio musicians offering services.
Just as a side note, we’ve only heard rave reviews about Sam’s work ethic, respect for clients and talent. We honestly found the accusations you made very out of touch with what we found while reviewing your session, as well as our almost 5 years of experience working with Sam.
