They are a spamming company... Dont give them your phone number... They will just keep calling you.

My company has had the same experience was the below reviews. Ryan personally emailed me stating they are waiting for another round of investors to pay us our refund. I have never been in business with such a deceiving business. We were charged $30k and our refund is in purgatory. We suggest a class action law suit as these are predatory tactics. We have not been paid from Apex Holdings since February 16, 2024 and we are owed nearly $6,000. My clients have paid their monthly payments through the MIDAS program in good faith, but you have not forwarded them to us as promised. We must have these payments for February and March IMMEDIATELY. Sadly, because of your serious delinquency, we are not able to pay our team for the work they have done for these clients, and we are basically taking care of these clients for free due to your extreme lack of integrity. We trusted you. You have not made good on your promises. It's now April 15. There's no excuse for payment not being made. I am warning you again, and I am begging you to stop this stressful situation for all of us. You took my client's money, and you have it in your possession now (unless you've misappropriated it, as my attorney and I strongly suspect). We engaged Air.ai back in June 2023, and signed up for a 6-month sales program, as well as access to their platform. In their contract, they had a money back guarantee that if they didn't help double our investment, they would refund what we paid. Long story short, they didn't achieve help us achieve the revenue goals, their platform was down half the time, and any questions you had you had to join a scheduled webinar with a whole bunch of disgruntled people, vs talking to a person one on one. It was a big waste of time and money. It's been almost 6 months now and we are still trying to get our money back based on their guarantee, which their team will keep telling you "you'll get it someday, but don't know when". I'd avoid them and flee in the other direction.

Horrible company. I of course didn’t purchase anything from them, but the demo call I had was VERY scammy. They tried to get me to sign a contract sight unseen and when I said I was still shopping around the guy said “Why” haha. He then told me all the features he was taking off the table if I didn’t sign with them instantly. That’s when I knew this was an unserious company. DON’T WORK WITH THEM! It’s got MLM vibes as well.

This company is a scam! They create contracts so that you feel safe and that they are legitimate, they are the perfect criminals. They lure you in with the promise of guaranteed return on your investment in 6 months or your money returned. I have now been fighting with them for 4 months to get my money back and the current story is that one of the owners is away trying to get more money to keep the company afloat. I hate that this company preys on vulnerable folks and pushes them to take out loans to become financially stable and proves to be another predatory company that needs to be stopped and legal action needs to be taken!

Agree with everyone on these guys. Spent 100k on a server and they refuse to give a refund. Complete scammers.

If I could give it a negative 10 stars, I would. Garbage company! Liars! Thieves!! Don't deliver any service, take your money, promise refund but don't pay. No direct contact information. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
