The heater I purchased does an excellent job of keeping my garage warm. I am pleased with the quickness it heats up. The customer service was quick to address my concerns about a remote control. It was handled quickly and too my satisfaction.

Great customer service from Steve.. On top of everything Stellar communication Shipping back to them for warranty==$$$$===--YUP warranty service The only thing that was unsettling.. VERY costly.. I will think twice again before opting for a warranty coverage. Just for the mere fact of the costly shipping back to them for a repair or a replacement

I just purchased a cover for my new Napoleon Grill. It hasn't arrived yet but the customer service from Air n Water was exceptional. They did not have the product on their website but when I called to inquire they actually called the manufacturer and ordered one for me through their site and at a great price. Well above and beyond what most companies would do. Great customer service!
