Trust the brand and it's products. Their customer service has always been helpful even when I'm outside of warranty. I had an issue where I actually damaged the product and they helped me get parts for it so that I could repair it on my own instead of having to buy a new product!

Elijah was very helpful. My wine cooler is out of warranty and he could have very easily walked away from the conversation but didn’t. Follow up was great, questions answered, everything went better than expected.

I had no real opinion of Air & Water previously but was "forced" to fabricate one: Air & Water came up as a possible seller of a product with a low price sans shipping listed. I was "forced" to respond to a survey before even being able to view the product, a microwave, that I wanted to investigate further. I notified vendor, Air & Water, of scenario. They responded promptly with courtesy, professionalism, and remedy. If they respond to and resolve other matters in similar fashion taking all variables into account, they have demonstrated to me that they can be reliable, dependable, responsive, prompt, courteous, and professional.
