I had an issue with my air fryer malfunctioning, so I contacted to company. I was quickly connected to customer service and directed to send photos and a description to a customer service email address. Within a few hours of sending the email, I received a follow up email with a few more instructions. Within one business day all of my concerns were addressed and I am being sent a new air fryer without any complications! Great, speedy service!
