Scam, Scam, Scam. This company is a poorly written AI Bot with a sole intent on charging credit cards. A year after my "subscription" was cancelled, it somehow became self-aware. I think Ai Pro U Scam warning bots are in order.

Scam! Number is disconnected. Cant cancel easily, can’t get a password reset BUT you can keep getting billed!!

I got billed 3 times for a course advertised as a one time payment which I enrolled in last year. 3rd time was just now after 6 months! And, after I cancelled my subscription and deleted my bank card after the 2nd charge. The second time they charged me I wrote to them but no reply. I wrote them also now, demanding the return of the funds but I honestly don't expect anything (speaking from previous experience with them). Now I will have to block my card to prevent this from happening. Highly do not recommend.

Be aware subscribed for one of course three years ago and 4 to 5 times they’ve tried to take money again since even after stating they have removed my data I’ve raised this with the information as commissioners Office and now my bank Fraud team are involved they keep changing their merchant number and re-key the Card number to process different amounts of money each time please be aware

Horrible! The information isnt up to date, but you can deal with that. However, when you cancel, that when the nightmare starts. they keep charging. Well, now I filed a claim with my bank. They will have to deal with Chase now.

This company also appears to be doing AI generations and they advertese on their website that it is "unlimited" with image + video and even eleven labs ( look at their pricing page ) and all good reviews and such too but there is no talk about "credit" usage ( since most have ) but they appear to be "displaying"it is without any credits ( no mention of it! ) and then you join for 14.99 a month and it is only 1000 credits and with the lifetime (normally $1900 now $399) access discount now ( but it is fake there is a counter running 1,400 ppl "bought"it and it is going up, refresh the page and it starts again around 1,400 and going up ) they do not mention anything about it and it seems like this is the same company that sold courses before ( i never bought any! but bad reviews about it ) and now they went with app.aiprofessionalsuniversity.com and started selling these "unlimited"generations but do not fall for it.... i got 14.99 and tried going for this "unlimited"generation but like 10 videos further... not enough credits.... so do not believe them!

This company is a joke. I canceled the membership in March and they keep withdrawing money from my account. I keep asking for a refund and the keep on trying to give me free credits. DO NOT purchase anything from them.

I signed up for a cheap trial in Nov 2025, then cancelled. Every month since, this scam company has charged $97.97 to my credit card and still refuses to issue a refund, even though I sent a JPEG of the cancellation.
