This is SCAM, I don't even have an account on their website and they are charging me, I had to talk to them several times, they have reduced the amount they charge, but I don´t have a membership WARNING

I cancelled my subscription to AIPU and continued to be billed for the subscription fee for months afterwards. Trying to get a refund from them has been extremely difficult. You can't speak with a human in the organization and emails go unanswered. Would not recommend joining AIPU.

Horrible scam! I canceled my subscription in January, got the cancellation confirmation email and I just realized they’ve still been charging me nearly 100USD every single month! Last month they charged me twice!

Do not buy this course! I can only open a very very few of the courses! I paid $149.00!I got in touch with this scam company wanted a refund an will not give me one and it’s past 180 so PayPal will not help! If I could I would give them zero stars and not allow this scam company to advertise anywhere on the web! I canceled this scam service!

Has anyone found a way to stop them taking money each month. I have cancelled with them soooo many times and I cant stop them taking much more than my subscription each month. TOTAL SCAM

i use the trial subscrition , and i cancel subscrition in time , yet after month they charged my credit card 2 times. the first time they take money the second time i block CC card. no answer from support! BIG SCAM

I made a one time purchase last year. In April this year they began to charge me, one for 69.97 and then beginning in May for 97.97. Beginning in June they started charging multiple times a month. Emailing got no response, calling got an AI receptionist that said send an email. I'm am currently disputing the charges with the credit company and will probably just have to close that account to stop this.

Back in February, I made what I believed was a **one-time payment**. I had no idea that this would supposedly sign me up for a subscription. Shortly afterwards, I was charged **USD 79.79**. I contacted them immediately and explicitly asked them to **cancel the subscription and delete all of my personal data**. What followed was a ridiculous back-and-forth by email. Instead of simply respecting my cancellation and dealing with the refund, they repeatedly tried to convince me to stay by explaining the “benefits” of their service. Eventually, I received written confirmation from someone called Elisabeth that my subscription had been cancelled and that **my personal data had been deleted**. You would think that was the end of it. **It wasn't.** On **September 3rd**, they charged my credit card another **USD 79.79**. And then, **the very next day, another USD 79.79** was charged. **I did NOT authorize either payment.** How can a company charge my card again after confirming in writing that my subscription was cancelled and my data had supposedly been deleted? I contacted them again, and **one week later I still had received no response whatsoever**. This is completely unacceptable. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with absolutely no trust in this company. 🚨 **MY STRONG ADVICE: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.** If you are thinking about using this service, **READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.** I wish I had. **0/10. Avoid at all costs.**
