No value for money...
No value for money... The installation process went smoothly, but unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. I have been paying $300 per month since the beginning of the year, while the service has generated only around $900 in total value. When I raised my concerns, I was simply told that there was not enough traffic and that the results might improve once the brand became bigger. That is not a satisfactory response after months of paying substantial fees. If a certain level of traffic was required for the app to deliver meaningful results, this should have been communicated clearly before installation. More importantly, no one has been able to explain what traffic volume is actually needed to make the service worthwhile. The monthly charges continued regardless, while the expected value never materialised. Based on my experience, this service offers very poor value for money and has left me extremely disappointed.
