Alileen Ellis is the BEST! Try her eLearning, you won’t regreat it. She provided me with a 101 study plan as my test was very close. This is my story and why you shall tryher programs: I am in the Human Resources business and wanted to have my credential in projects for a few years. Started a study plan last Summer. In November I took a boot camp with another vendor. Completed all training modules and still was not ready to take the exam. I was missing something, not sure what was it. One day after watching many videos in You Tube, I found Aileen. Since that day my perspective and study approach changed. I can tell you she will teach you a basic skill that no book would, how to analyze the questions and the answers. Trust me, if you learn how to do that, you will pass this test. I HIGHLY recommend Aileen Ellis course/books! She keeps the material simple, not expensive, and easy to understand in lay mans terms! Most importantly she is very friendly and responds to emails and questions very fast. I have referred two coworkers to A. Ellis coursework and they both passed the PMP on their first attempt! I visited aileen's website and watched the videos and webinars available for free, I also followed and subscribed to her youtube videos. The videos were very helpful and gave a very detailed explanation on core concepts of project management. This is one of the best references for anyone preparing for the PMP exam. Aileen is a very gifted and dedicated teacher and for any one preparing for the PMP exam, her materials comes highly recommended by me.

Aileen, I just passed my PMP exam today after taking your self study class only for one month. Your teaching methods really fit my needs, especially memorizing techniques. I had taken a Classroom Course to obtain my PDUs required for the exam. I stumbled on Aileen's program while googling for some clarifications. Though by chance, it was probably the best thing that happened to me. I participated in the Thursday sessions, took the membership for a couple of months, and was able to clarify all my doubts and pass the exam. Lots of sample questions, clear explanations and great one page representations of each Knowledge Area. Highly recommended.

In preparing my PMP exam, I accesses a number of video's focused on everything from schedule management to ITTO's and the visuals along with the narration and insight were extremely helpful and easy to follow. These video's contributed to my success in passing my exam on the first try and exceeding the minimum performance.
