this seams to be meant for lawyers. there is an entire workflow process besides just chat. their support responds quickly and they appear to be very diligent in improvements. also- one of the best results after i was taught how to use it properly. very professional results. its not just a chat bot though!

We signed up for a free trial and AI immediately took one dollar out of our bank account, and never sent us a login password. All of their instructions failed to work. No customer service available. Opened three help tickets in 24 hours and not one response from anyone working at this firm. Now they have our credit card information and we have no way to login to our account just to close it. A great system, sign people up, never let them log in to close the accounts, and charge them for services they never receive.

Check your spam mailbox for your initial password. If you did not receive it, simply click "forgot password" at https://app.ai.law. Please ensure that you are logging in with the same email used to checkout. In other words, don't use [email protected] to pay and [email protected] to login. I'm not sure what type of "ticket" you opened as we don't have a ticketing process and instead respond to [email protected] generally within an hour or less (longer if overnight). We also publish support contact information (email and phone) on our website at https://www.ai.law/contact/. This post is anonymous, but if you email us, we can either help you login or cancel the account. Also, the $1 is immediately refunded and ensures the card is valid as we have had a number of people use fake credentials recently (it's in our /terms that we do this).
