Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you found value in the training and appreciate your suggestions for improvement. We understand how important it is for course content to stay current, especially in a field as hands-on and evolving as home inspection. Your feedback about outdated video content and the need for an IR Thermal Imaging course is incredibly helpful. Our curriculum is developed by industry professionals and designed to meet licensing requirements, but we’re always looking for ways to expand and modernize our offerings. We also appreciate your comparison with other providers and your insights into pricing and continuing education options. Suggestions like yours help us evaluate how we can better serve our students and remain competitive in both value and relevance. Thank you again for your input, and we wish you continued success in your home inspection career. If you have any additional feedback or ideas, we’d love to hear them! Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. It sounds like your experience with the field portion of the program raised some valid concerns, and we appreciate you taking the time to highlight them. We’re sorry to hear that the coordination and communication didn’t meet expectations, and that the field experience felt limited and repetitive. Real-world application is a vital part of learning, and we understand how important it is for students to engage with diverse, realistic scenarios. Your example regarding the radon vent issue is especially helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass this along to the appropriate team for review. We’re committed to continuous improvement and truly value insights like yours to help us better serve future students. If you’d like to share more or speak directly with our support team, we’d be happy to listen and assist further.
