AHAVA — Customer Service Firewall of Stupidity! 20-year loyal customer. Fully paid order still unshipped after 10 days. Endless AI apologies and promises of human intervention. Then AHAVA creates a new order missing merchandise already paid for, without explanation! No human accountability. No resolution. FUBAR!

I’m extremely sad to write this review. I have been using the mud and salt bar soap for years and years. I just purchased a new bar and I was devastated to realize the formula has drastically changed. The scent is completely different and now it strips my skin, leaving that “squeaky clean” cheap soap feel after rinsing. These two soaps have been my go to for years, and now I will stop using them. Very disappointed!!!

AHAVA did not ship my order. Three weeks later, and I can only receive AI-generated responses that it should be shipped 24-48hours after the order is placed. They offer no phone number, no email possibility direct to a human, and so far no solution. Frustrating all around. A terrible technology DEvolution that does nothing other than annoy clients. It will be my last time dealing with them.

*** UPDATE.. for the inconvenience they have said they will send another and not charge me!? They have already taken my money! Customer service is shocking. AVOID*** Ordered for a gift ( delivery to France) on the 31st July. Now the 11th August and showing unfulfilled. Emailed them last week with no reply. Emailed again today and recieved an AI response. I am disgusted that they will take my money and offer no correspondence.

I am awaiting an order and am from South Africa. The information on the commercial ibvouce is outdated and incorrect. This is causing the product not to be released from customs. Despite many attempts to contact ahava global non respons in 3 days. I am concerned that I will loose the products after the extensive import duties already paid.

Bad customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for a week. They first said they would send a return label, which they didn't. They then said they cannot provide a return shipping label. I am still waiting to know how I should get my refund.

I placed items in my bag and went into checkout to see the cost and ding ding it charged me $170 for items I didn't even want great job AHAVA !!!! I have tried endlessly to chat or contact a human being, with no luck !!! Never again will I shop here!.
