My package got lost in transit and I had to get a refund. The couriers didn't have the sense to leave my package in my apartment lobby upon delivery (as I work and can't be there). No 2nd delivery attempts or anything, just a paid package that was undelivered. At least I got a refund, but I will not be shopping with aha ever again

I wanted to return my items, since they tout easy returns; easy was not the case. I had to pay for my own shipping back bc they claim as a start-up they aren’t able to offer free returns. They received my items over 2 weeks ago and they still have not refunded my money. This feels like a scam to me and I will never shop here ever again. Also, agree with many other reviews that the clothing looked incredibly cheap. Do not waste your time or money.
