I’m struggling to understand why a brand like this is showing bad reviews. I’ve been purchasing shirts and joggers for a few months already, and I have nothing but appreciation for the great designs, god quality and very competitive pricing.

Beware of this company!! I ordered three items. Two were unexplainably sent to a UPS store which I then had to travel to to receive. The third was delivered directly to my home but was the incorrect size. I ordered a small. It’s labeled a large and is huge on me. I tried email AHA and never received a response. I used the app to chat with a “representative” and was told it was probably a US small but an Asian large. It’s not. They said they would send me a voucher to order something else. I responded I’d rather return it and get what I ordered. And then no further responses. I continued to send remarks and received nothing. Not even the voucher. I strongly recommend you avoid this company.

Timely delivery, affordable and great material.

I was offered an $80 credit to NOT return the clothes ordered the first go around. Needless to say, the $80 code DID NOT WORK! This company has poor customer service! Know before you buy! It’s definitely NOT worth it! Christopher Casey

All the clothing I have purchased has fit well. Some of the materials have been less than expectations but customer service has worked with me when something was in question.

So far have had nothing but good experiences with this site..At first shipping took a bit longer than expected but as I purchased more it became quicker..The quality of merchandise is great..so much that it has made me a repeat buyer..Overall the selection is good and the fit is on point. I will continue to browse and most likely purchase their new arrivals

Blown away by the quality of the men’s sweaters I ordered. I truly had low expectations but went for it and thankful I did. Give them a shot!

Using the sizing chart I order 4 pair of shorts (3 were the exact same style just different colors) and received the order in two separate shipments. The first 2 I received were same the same style and both were way too small. For context I wear a medium in every brand however, I would likely have to get at least an XL in these for them to be functional/comfortable. I immediately reached out to customer service and they quickly responded. They asked if I would like to wait until the other shipment arrived to see how those fit and if not just process them all as one return o which I agreed. A few weeks later the 2 additional shorts arrived (one was the same style as the other two and the other was a different style). The one that matched the style of the others did fit a lot better than the other two for some reason, but I would still have needed at least a large by that standard for them to be comfortable. The other pair which was also a medium did in fact fit however, they were split up the side with just one small stich midway down holding it together. I was concerned with any sort of stress the stitch would tear leaving the shorts unusable. So again I reached back out to process the return. This time I was offered a discount code to reorder the same shorts in a different size. I responded asking what size they recommended since the sizing chart was inaccurate as well as the inconsistencies with the fit of the ones I had. The representative responded suggesting I refer to the sizing chart so out of frustration I insisted on the return. I was provided a return label, packaged them up and sent them via UPS. Tracking has confirmed they received the shorts on 1/17 however, a refund has still not been processed. Based off of all of the above, I strongly do not recommend this brand. There are better known equivalents with much faster and better service.
