We apologize for the issue and the inconvenience caused. Shoes can only be shipped to the US currently. Due to a system error, we did not find that other countries were included in new orders. When we have figured out the issue, it has taken a long time.
We have established a function to avoid such a situation happening again. And we have refunded the amount. Please kindly trust us.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!! Pur based two items that came as scheduled. They don't fit properly which naturally occurs in the clothing space but they say quick easy return and it's a LIE! There is no link there is no contact information and all they do is try to get you to do a credit with no return. They refuse to give a return address for a refund. I will be trashing them anywhere and everywhere I can! And then I'm going to contact my card company. If they make good on it I'd be more than happy to upgrade this review but it's looking very sketchy. This is 3 days in of 4:00 a.m. China time responses

I recently made a purchase from this clothing company, and I must say, my experience has left me feeling quite suspicious. After placing an order totaling nearly $120 for five items, I eagerly awaited my package, only to receive just one item after a week of waiting. When I reached out to inquire about the missing items, I was given the excuse that I needed to wait for their manufacturer. This response only fueled my skepticism.
To make matters worse, the company actively promotes its app as a convenient way to shop, so I decided to give it a try despite my initial misgivings. Regrettably, I placed another order through the app, but to this day, I have yet to receive anything.
Overall, my experience with this clothing company has left me feeling uneasy and doubtful of their legitimacy. I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase from them, as my own experience suggests that there may be something shady going on behind the scenes.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Stay away. I still haven't received my items and they are not refunding me my money! They are blaming a shipping company called Piggyship, but how is that my problem. It's not. It's their problem! Yet, they keep refusing to refund me my money and instead only offer a 10% discount on the next order.
